Accessibility statement
OffGridRVHub is built to be usable by keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, high-contrast, and mobile readers who need practical RV information without fighting the interface.
Current standard
The site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA where practical. Automated checks are run across representative pages, and manual review focuses on keyboard navigation, focus states, readable contrast, form labels, skip links, landmarks, and calculator controls.
What is already in place
- Skip-to-content navigation and a single main content landmark.
- Visible focus outlines for links, buttons, inputs, and controls.
- Keyboard-close support for the mobile navigation dialog.
- Form labels, autocomplete hints, and accessible success/error states.
- Reduced-motion support and print styles for long guides.
- Dark and light modes designed around the same contrast tokens.
Known limits
Some downloadable assets and future exported summaries may need an additional accessibility pass once the final checkout and delivery provider are connected. The calculators currently export plain text summaries because that format is lightweight and broadly readable.
Report a barrier
If something blocks you from using the site, send the page URL, device or assistive technology if relevant, and what you expected to happen. The fastest route is the contact form.
Review rhythm
Accessibility is part of the release checklist.
New layout, calculator, form, and navigation changes are checked before deploy with automated accessibility tooling and sitewide crawl rules.
