What we collect

Basic server logs, page analytics, newsletter signup data, and contact form submissions. Newsletter signups generally include your email address and the source of the signup. Contact form messages include the information you choose to submit. If you order a planning file, the checkout processor may also collect billing and transaction details needed to complete that purchase.

What we do not do

We do not run a member profile system, sell reader data, or ask for more personal information than is needed to answer a message, deliver a newsletter you requested, or keep the site operating safely.

How we use it

We use that information to improve content, respond to reader questions, send newsletters you asked for, confirm planning file orders, and monitor site health and abuse prevention.

Third-party services

The site may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Kit for newsletter delivery, form or webhook-based workflows for contact handling, and Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or another checkout provider for digital-product sales and order processing. Other operational tools may be used to process forms or measure site performance. Those providers may process limited technical data to deliver the service.

Advertising and measurement

If OffGridRVHub runs paid campaigns, the site may use advertising and measurement tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, or similar platforms to measure campaign performance, prevent duplicate conversion counting, and understand which pages or calculators led to a signup, sample download, or purchase. These tools may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies where allowed.

Advertising or retargeting tools should not run until the site's privacy controls and consent settings allow them. You can use the site privacy choices, your browser settings, and platform controls to limit analytics or advertising behavior where those controls are available.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit forms or join the newsletter, and you can choose whether to allow analytics or advertising measurement when the site asks.
